I had it set to NEVER sleep, just only the monitors turn off after 15 minutes, but the computer itself doesn't sleep. I press the power button and it totally shuts down (fans stop spinning, all goes silent) then I press it again and it boots up normally and I can work for several hours with no errors.Īnother possibly related thing, when my monitors go to sleep, sometimes I can't wake them up. The computer claims it's going to restart.but it kind of just shuts down and the alien face power button stays light blue (which is the color I have it set to for normal 'on').

I get to Windows desktop and start working and then seems like within 1 or 2 minutes it totally crashes (without any freezing first) and I get this messages (sorry about the photo, but obviously I'm unable to do a screen-cap at that point)

When I boot up the computer from being totally shut down, it boots normally (though I get the keyboard error mentioned in another thread since I'm using a bluetooth keyboard that the BIOS doesn't 'see').

I have gotten a few of these blue screen error messages.
